George “Loki” Williams, Founder and Curator
A pro blogger and owner of SocialGumbo, LLC, Loki can be connected with on a wide variety of social networks. The best place to do so, and to find out more about this transplanted new Orleanian turned Northsider, is through his Google Profile. A Founding Member of the Krewe of Chartreuse, Loki is the Krewes’ Minister of Volume and one of its’ three Sanctus Custodis Viridus. Loki is one of the organizers, and the MC, of the Rising Tide Conference in New Orleans. He is still an active contributor and administrator of CincyVoices’ sister site HumidCity, which has been “handing New Orleans a Megaphone since 2005!” |
Kate “Dark Martha” Cook, Founding TeamDark Martha Is a jill-of-all-trades who is bound and determined to enable people to do it for themselves. Trained in the theater as a props artisan and special effects makeup artist, she has found her voice in championing local goods and services and self-sufficient practices. A self-proclaimed garden geek, Master Rain Gardener, and member of the local Weavers Guild, she lives by the credo that “manual work is not menial,” and hopes that you will also pick up the torch to strengthen our community. Julie “Classicgrrl” Stockman, Founding TeamWho dares to teach must never cease to learn. ~John Cotton Dana Julie played 10 years of classical trumpet and operated a bookstore for 4 years but she is a teacher by trade currently working in the field of higher education.She has lived in the Greater Cincinnati area all her life cultivating a deep love for the city and resides in Price Hill. Etha “ Criptress” Walters, Founding Teamis a smorgasbord of creativity. While she loves to draw, paint and dabble in interior design her passion is photography and writing. Disabled at 10 months she has been one of the first pioneers mainstreamed into public school and she has been involved in disability rights as well as abuse survivors advocacy. Fickle Lew, Founding Team
