Something Green For Free

Hey there CV readers, I completely missed the boat here. I meant this post to go live for Earth Day, but got shanghaied. Mea Culpa. Even so, it’s not just on Earth Day you should embrace green habits.

Today we are going to try something new.  In belated honor of Earth day it’s our first official CincyVoices contest.

Loki, the founder of CV, will be wandering around Cincy tomorrow with four coupons good for  $10 each in free Ecowise products at Meijer. (This is their brand of “Green” products.) He will be wearing a black t-shirt that says “Loki” in big white letters across the chest.

Clues to his location will be given over the CincyVoices Twitter throughout the day. The first four people to come up to him and tell him a really awful pun will get the four comps and have their picture and a link to their blog or website in a post here. I know the prizes are small, but in this economy we can all afford to save a bit, and this is our first effort in this regard.

If all four have not found homes by dinnertime the remainder will be given away over the web either here or through our Facebook Page.
